As professional outside caterers we understand that your function should be of the highest quality food served in the finest tradition. Having been in catering and business for more than 23 years we can offer our experience and quality to help your function be relaxed and enjoyable. Providing hot and cold finger buffets and executive buffets in many parts of the North East including; Newcastle, Northumberland, North Tyneside, Sunderland, Gateshead, Washington, Morpeth, Durham and many more we can offer various hot and cold buffet menu’s including canapés’, light finger buffets, knife and fork buffets, platter selections, hot carvery selections and BBQ packages for small or large numbers.
All of our finger buffet menus are created by our head chef Sean Kennerley and his dedicated team offering buffets for every budget. There is always the option of creating your own special a-la-carte buffet with a briefing and guidance to make sure your buffet is tailor-made to suit your function. Prices will be quoted with a free no obligation quote. A further option of creating a special menu to suit larger parties (80 plus guests) can also be given on request.
Whether it is a business lunch or family get together every function can be catered for giving your function the highest priority. We are confident that you can order and then relax knowing you will be given the service you deserve.
Buffets start from £4.00 per head and include delivery and set up of buffet, collection of equipment, disposable plates and serviettes.
Deliveries are made by our discreet, fully trained drivers in our refrigerated vans complying with health & safety laws.

We provide delicious fresh buffets with a wide selection of choice that is prepared in our new building. With fresh daily deliveries from local suppliers we guarantee to serve you the highest quality of produce.
All special dietary requests can be catered for, with fully labelled items.
All sandwich selections are 50% vegetarian unless otherwise requested and labelled accordingly. Sandwiches are prepared using fresh daily deliveries of brown, white, malted and seeded selections.
There is also the option of adding a platter to your buffet. Platters are perfect for a board room lunch or if you are having a party at home and have limited space. Adding platters to one of our buffet menus is easy, simply choose the buffet menu that suits your function and choose your platter. Each platter makes a fantastic centre piece.
Our Canapé and Cocktail selection are homemade by our chefs and beautifully presented on elegant plates. Perfect for cocktail parties where light and elegant nibbles are required.
Other services can also be requested with your buffet (prices given on application);
- Service Staff to assist with your beverages and buffet (price on application)
- Cona Coffee Machines with Fresh Ground Coffee (price on application)
- Fresh Juice of your Choice £1.50 per litre (jugs and glasses provided)
- Local Still or Sparkling Mineral Water £1.50 per bottle (jugs and glasses provided)
- Flasks of Tea and Coffee (approximately 10-12 cups per flask. Flasks include crockery, milk, cream and sugars).
Deliveries are made by our discreet, fully trained drivers in our refrigerated vans complying with health & safety laws. Any order under £50.00 or over a 10 mile radius) will be charged a delivery charge (see terms and conditions).
All buffets include free delivery and collection over £50.00 or (within a 10 mile radius), set up of buffet, paper clothes, polystyrene plates and napkins.
