Staff are fully trained and follows on-going training programs. This is to ensure they are kept up to date with new health and safety laws and have full knowledge of their job role.

We offer a wide range of menu choices from Hot and Cold Dinner Packages, Canapés’, Light Finger Buffets, Knife and Fork Buffets, Platter Selections, Hot Carvery Selections and BBQ Packages for small or large numbers. There is also the opportunity to create a ‘Special Menu’ that will provide your company with your exact needs.

We operate a continuous improvement philosophy to ensure our products and whether you require a simple sandwich lunch at your office or an exciting themed three course boardroom meal with silver service, we provide the highest quality catering available. Training is our speciality and our training lunches are targeted at passing on the best catered solutions to meet your needs.
We can offer many different menu options some of which will be a full package giving you a light finger buffet lunch with fresh fruit and refreshments. These can all be changed and are flexible to suit different company needs.
An option which may suit your company would be to organise a meeting with the catering manager who will create menu options to suit your company’s needs. These can be tailor suited to develop a bespoke menu variation which can be changed daily if the same employees are in attendance whilst keeping your daily cost the same.
Our finger buffet menus are freshly prepared using local seasonal produce. All sandwich selections are 50% vegetarian unless otherwise requested and labelled accordingly. Sandwiches are prepared using fresh daily deliveries of brown, white, malted and seeded selections. You can choose to have either triangle sandwiches or swap for bite size stottie for a more filling option.
There is also the option of adding a platter to your buffet. Platters are perfect for a board room lunch or if you are limited with space. Adding platters to one of our buffet menus is easy, simply choose the buffet menu that suits your function and choose your platter. Each platter makes a fantastic centre piece.
All special dietary requests can be catered for, with fully labelled items.
Our Canapé and Cocktail selection are homemade by our chefs and beautifully presented on elegant platters. Perfect for a moving around function where light and elegant nibbles are required. These can be produced on a delivery only basis or for an additional cost with staff to serve.
