Terms & Conditions

All equipment delivered with the function becomes the client’s responsibility.

Therefore, any loss or damage will be charged at a renewable cost.

Deliveries are made by prior arrangement. Any order under £50.00 will be charged a delivery charge. Collections are made the following day or as arranged. All hired equipment to be packed ready for collection. Staff charges will be made with certain menus (ask for details).

ALL PRICES ARE EXCLUDING VAT AT THE CURRENT RATE. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ORDER IN WRITING WITH A DEPOSIT.

Delivery and Cancellation Policy

Deliveries are made by our discreet, fully trained drivers in our refrigerated vans complying with health & safety laws.

  • There will now be a minimum food order requirement of £50 or (within a 10 mile radius) Orders less than £50 will occur a small delivery charge (ask for details).
  • All hired equipment to be packed ready for collection.
  • Our drivers will liaise with you on delivery as to a suitable time to collect the equipment etc.
  • Customers should be aware that any Kings Catering equipment left at an event remains their responsibility until collection by our staff. Loss of plates, serving dishes, cutlery, glasses, linen and any other equipment of ours will be billed at replacement cost.

KINGS CATERING CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Due to our production process, orders can only be cancelled if you inform us by 09.30 the day BEFORE the event. We regret that any orders cannot be cancelled after this time and will be delivered and invoiced as per usual.
  • All deposits are non refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Policy on Health & Safety

We at Kings Catering take our Health, Safety & Hygiene Policies extremely seriously.

  • All food production staff have attained or are scheduled to undertake the appropriate level of food hygiene training suitable to their job position within the company.
  • Sean Kennerley our Catering Manager has attained his Advanced Food Hygiene Certification.
  • We operate strict Hazard Analysis Systems within our production facility including; the auditing of suppliers, temperature intake procedures, cooking and cooling procedures including the probing of all cooked meats, cleaning schedules, regular temperature controls, glass breakage procedures and accident procedures. British & European law requires food businesses to ensure that adequate safety procedures are maintained. A full copy of our policy is available upon request.
  • To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment.
  • To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.
  • We are happy for you to arrive at any time at our facility and ask to view our kitchen.

The person with overall legal responsibility for health and safety is Sean Kennerley.

This person is also responsible for ensuring the day-to-day implementation of this policy unless it has been formally delegated to someone else.
